Store policies.

All orders take 4-7 business days to be made, packed and dropped off at the post office. You will receive an email to the email address you provided at checkout to track your order.

Buyers are responsible for contacting UPS/ USPS and filing a lost package claim or a stolen package claim. 

We don’t offer cancellations, exchanges or returns in any order. 

All international orders are responsible for any extra charges like, taxes, international duties, etc.

If there is an issue with your order, please email dreamcreationsstore@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to fix any issues or concerns. (Don’t forget to add your order number).  

By pressing the checkout button, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed on this page. All sales are final. Please double check your info at checkout, correct shipping address, promo codes, and credit card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error! Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.
